Timetable

• Check in: from 14:00 til 00:00 hrs.
• Check out: from 07:00 til 10:00 hrs.

Cancellations

• Cancelling 15 days before arriving: we do NOT do any charge
• Cancelling 7 days before arriving: clients must pay for one night.
• Cancelling less than 7 days before arriving: clients must pay the total amount.

Children

• Children less than two years do not pay. We can offer you a cot and a highchair for free.
• Maximum cots per room: 1.
• Cots and highchair available booking in advanced.

Bookings

• Clients must pay the 10 % in advanced to book the villa.
• This amount is refundable when cancelling in advanced.

Animals

• Animals allowed under request. The request must be confirmed by fax or letter.

Creditcard acepted

• Visa.
• Villas Callao Negro reserve the right to check if credit card are valid before the arriving date.
